A. Hey, well: Platinum is confirmed, there are videos of the gameplay as well as pictures confirmed from Nintendo. It is a sequel or an improved remake of Diamond and Pearl, it's set to be released for Japan at 18th September 2008. As for all other regions probably a 2009-2010 release Darkrai may or may not appear without an Event, that is still unknown. The 3 Starters giveaway through the game is also unknown although inprobable because there is no information about this. The 3 Regis may be available or not, that is still unconfirmed yet. There will be a new Battle Frontier with different installments, the Wi-Fi has improved, and there will be new outfits for the characters, as well as the inclusion of a Team Galactic Proffesor and a… [cont.]

Q. Hi. Okay i have just purchased pokemon platinum version. I am not too sure what pokemon are strong or weak so can anyone please recommend me a good pokemon team?

A. Okay, my first point is that ANY Pokemon can be strong, or useless, depending on its moves and how you handle it. That being said, this is the in-game team that worked for me, and hopefully will help you too. Please note that all these Pokemon can be obtained in-game with NO trading, and NO legendaries. In order of obtaining: Torterra (starter Turtwig) with Crunch, Giga Drain, Leaf Storm, Earthquake. One of my tanks, a very bulky Pokemon but also capable of doing a lot of damage. My general Earthquake support and Gastrodon defense. Staraptor (met as Starly, Route 202), with Return, Brave Bird, Fly, Close Combat. A fast and strong sweeper, provides Fighting coverage and Heracross defense. Unfortunately a bit fragile, Stone Edge/Ice… [cont.]

A. To beat the Elite four it is very simple For the first one Aaron he has a 1.Yanmega 2.Scizor 3.Vespiqueun 4.Heracross 5.Drapion To beat him its very simple just use all flying attacks except for his last pokemon Drapion use a ground attack. The second Elite Four is Bertha 1.Whiscash 2.Gliscor 3.Golem 4.Rhyperior 5.Hippowdon Just use all grass attack like a torterra because torrtera is part ground so the annoying sandstorm wont affect him. Third there is Flint 1.Houndoom 2.Flareon 3.Rapidash 4.Infernape 5.Magmortar Just use water pokemon or ground like tortera Lastly there is Lucian he has 1.Mr.mime 2.Espeon 3.Bronzong 4.Alakazam 5.Gallade Use ghost pokemon like giratina because dark wont go super effective on Gallade. What is the significance of a golden Pokemon in Pokemon Platinum Version?
Q. I just caught this Pokemon in Platinum Version, a female Starly, level 4, that looked golden and sparkled when it first came out (it was wild), I cought it, and when I looked at it's summary, there was a red star by it that didn't appear with any of my other Pokemon. Is this Pokemon just for collectors or does it get battle bonuses or something? What is the significance? Please?

I have a promotional Rotom for Pokemon Platinum. How do I keep that Pokemon if I want to start a new game?
Q. I got a promotional Rotom Pokemon on my Pokemon Platinum game back in May 2008. And I want to keep it or transfer it with its promotional stuff to my Diamond game. Or can I transfer my "Secret Key" Key Item? How do I do this?
Asked by Roxas - Thu Nov 12 21:24:48 2009 - - 6 Answers - 0 Comments
A. You can't transfer it because the event is over. However, if you are starting a new game because you want another Rotom, you can just breed it with a ditto. If I were you, I'd breed 6 Rotom so you can get all forms (which you can do, just go into the room with a rotom - you can only get 1 of each type though). If you decide to trade them out, I'd trade them to a platinum or else you will lose the event-pokemon status (get the original rotom) and then just send it back to your game... keeping in mind that you can never get the key again. Good luck :)

A. The starters are made to be equally good. What you choose is a matter of which one you like best. You will get a Togepi egg partway through the game. Train that. Hopefully, it will have the Serene Grace ability. If it does, teach the Togekiss Air Slash and give it a Kings Rock and it will make the opponent flinch almost every time. Get Azelf, Mesprit, or Uxie. You can get them before you fight the elite four. Azelf has good attack and special attack, Uxie has good defense and special defense, and Mesprit is balanced. Mesprit is tough to catch, though, because it runs away. They can be found in the three lakes. Rotom has good special attack and speed, though its other stats are pretty weak. Can I send my pokemon from Diamond immediatly to Platinum, or after the elite four?
Q. I have a completed Pokemon Diamond game and I'm getting Platinum on my birthday (well after since my birthday is Sunday and Pokemon Platinum comes out on the 22nd). I don't want to have trouble beating the elite four, unlike in Diamond, where I use my Rayquaza I imported from Emerald. Can I send Draggy (nickname of Rayquaza) to Platinum immediatly after I catch a pokemon, or do I have to wait until after the elite four?
Asked by ~*~Sweetly Orginal~*~~ - Fri Mar 6 15:39:23 2009 - - 10 Answers - 3 Comments
A. If you're going to transfer them directly from your Emerald then you have to wait to beat the Elite Four for Park Pal to open, but if you wanna trade you're gonna have to get a friend and send him/her your Draggy then just have your friend trade you it back for a pokemon you don't want. The problem is that he probably wont listen to you until you have all the gym badges(I'm guessing you have your Draggy at a high level) then you can go on with the game. Also if you don't know, tomorrow thru the 21st of March they will be giving out Regigigas lvl. 100 at toys r us. And you get to find Regice, Regirock, Registeel in platinum if you transfer it, otherwise you can't find them in the game.

A. First go to any town except Jublife or Sadagem town and Elite FOur would work too. Just head left when you enter and go down the escelator and when you go in there will be a woman who gives you a pal pad. It goes atomaticaally to your Key Items Poket in your bag. If you open it up it shows your own Freind COde and you can regester other peoples freind code and then battle them if you have a router or any type of Wifi that supports the DS system which is alot.

Can I transfer my Pokemon Platinum save file on the no$gba emulator to a Nintendo DS?
Q. The title is the question. If I have a saved game on the No$GBA emulator for Pokemon Platinum, can I then transfer that save file on to a real Nintendo DS? Also, do I need the actual game, Pokemon Platinum, for the DS to do this? Thanks in advance.
Asked by Emil - Sun May 17 20:06:49 2009 - - 3 Answers - 0 Comments
A. It is quite possible to do this, however you will need an R4 and a microSD card. Once you have these, connect the microSD card to the computer and put the ROM and .sav file on it. Put the microSD card into the R4, put the R4 in the DS and you will be able to play the ROM with the .sav file you put on. You can also use this to PokeSAV, making you able to create completely customisable Pokemon.

What is the Pokemon Platinum Action Replay Code for: Vitamin's Raise Stats to Maximum?
Q. Is there a Pokemon Platinum Action Replay DS code that makes vitamins like Carbos and Calcium raise the given stat to its maximum? I know that there was a code liek this in Diamond. I'm not looking for a code to make stats 999, but to max out a single one.
Asked by gamerpaul611 - Wed May 6 08:11:00 2009 - - 2 Answers - 0 Comments
A. Actually, its best not to use that code to max out a stat. Using ten of any one vitamin, then battling pokemon that will raise that stat, will consequently max out that stat. But if you want it so badly, just look it up on Google, Answers Yahoo, or Supercheats

Q. You know how when you type in a new game for the action replay. Yeah I tried pokemon platinum and I have no clue what it is. I have searched almost every website. Please do not post a website and let me figure out the rest. If you do you will not get best question. If you find it on a website, just copy and paste EXACTLY. I don't want no glitches. Thanks. Also, if you do copy and paste, I want the website you got it off of.

What is the Pokemon Platinum ITEM Modifier action replay?
Q. I'm looking for an item modifier for pokemon platinum because I accidently threw away a few firestones and forgot that I wanted Ninetails. But I don't want a full All Item code because I have to trash everything and it's gonna take forever. Anyone here has a working pokemon Platinum ITEM (Not the wild) Modifier for US? I like, really need it.=( No stupid answers please.
